Gift Cards
Our gift Cards are available for all spa services, laser & cosmetic procedures and skin care products for any dollar amount and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Preparing Yourself
So that your experience is perfect at Sensei Med Spa, please follow a few simple guidelines:

Reservations are highly suggested for weekend appointments. Our booking coordinator will assist you with any questions you may have about our services. Please notify our booking coordinator if you have any health concerns. We may require a credit card when booking an appointment. We also recommend that you book future appointments at checkout. Please arrive twenty minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client, This allows for necessary paperwork. 

At times it is necessary to cancel or change an appointment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance (or 48 hours in advance if multiple appointments are booked)  to avoid a charge for  the service. 

To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest that you arrive a minimum of ten to fifteen minutes (returning guests) prior to your service to allow us to familiarize you with our facility. 

Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing cell phones and pagers. Also, children must be accompanied by an adult in order to maintain our peaceful environment. 

We recommend that you leave your valuable items at home when enjoying spa services. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal articles. 

Gratuities are not included in the price of our services or gift cards. For your convenience, all gratuities are collected at the time of checkout at the register. A 15 20% gratuity is an appreciated amount.
